Cooking a Whole Pig for Monmouth Beach Cornhole Tournament

Rate this post

Check out photos and video from the first pig of the year at the annual Corn-hole Tournament in Monmouth Beach, NJ. It was great to be back for our 4th year catering this event.

Watch the video above to see the progression of how we cook a whole pig here at DRJ Catering in our Meadowcreek cooker.

We get started at 4:30am for a pig that will be served at 1 or 2pm. At 7am we take a peek and check back in to see how the pig is doing again. 8 Hours from the start time, the pig comes out of the cooker. Watch David, owner of DRJ Catering, carve the pig to serve it to the guests at a Corn-hole Tournament in Monmouth Beach.
