We are David and Regina Keith, the owners and operators, and have over 25 years experience in the food service and catering business. My wife, Regina, has been involved in our catering business since the inception as our front of the house manager and creative consultant. I have a degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY as well as a Bachelors of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Florida International University.
Much of our catering staff has graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and we feel proud and confident of their catering abilities to enhance your celebration. DRJ Catering Services is in Monmouth, New Jersey and we travel anywhere in the tri-state area to cater to you.
