This was a beautiful location right on the water. What a perfect place for a party.
We catered the pig for this wedding and another caterer provided the rest of the food. We have no problem working with other caterers to cook things they do not specialize in. Glad to be the part of the start of your lives together. Congratulations!

This is the second year we were back at the Skyway Golf Course at Lincoln Park West in Jersey City, NJ. Yeah, who knew there was a golf course in Jersey city?! It was a great event, the chef for the course made awesome home made egg rolls, fried rice and wantons to go with our pig.
This is the third year we are back at Laura’s house in Seaside Park for their annual end of year pig roast. We made the buffalo wings they love along with the pig. Their kids are lifeguards on the beach and this is the end of year celebration for family and the guards.
This is a pig roast we did for a local restaurant, The River Rock in Brick, NJ. The opener of the Giants football season, the night was great but unfortunately the Giants lost.
