If you are looking for a white gloved, table side service with servers in tuxedos we are also happy to accommodate. Looking for something in between? You have found the right caterer. Whatever the event style, venue, taste and surrounding environment, we are here to accommodate you. We have done hundreds of weddings with hundreds more to do.
We are a one stop shop for all your wedding needs. If all you need is the food and the servers we can provide that for you but if you would also like us to take care of arranging rental items, photographers, florists, DJ’s, Bands, Photo booths etc we will be glad to take care of this for you.

We are emotionally attached to your special day because it is our reputation on the line every time we provide service. In addition, it is not just the mother and father of the business involved. Their two children that are all but grown up love to work side by side at the events as well. Basically, it is our family serving your family!
When you book a party with DRJ, you are booking your event with our family. David gives his personal cell phone to every client and he makes himself available to his customers any time. This is a huge benefit and leaves very little room for errors due to miscommunication.

The services we provide are endless because we will accommodate the endless amount of creative ideas our customers request. Just know that we will be with you every step of the way from arranging a cake tasting to visiting the site of the reception with you and everything in between. We are a phone call away at any time. We Have portable refrigeration we can also bring on site to accommodate those really hot days and those buttercream, wedding cakes. We can handle any special request from Kosher meals to gluten free to Vegetarian, just ask and we will take care of you.
No off premise caterer in New Jersey can provide alcohol as liquor licenses are not portable in the Garden State. However, we will gladly provide bartenders and advise you as to what you may need for bar setup.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
We will try and accommodate any last minute parties you may have. You may have to be flexible with the day or the time but we can generally work something out for you last minute needs.
We will stay as long as you want us to but generally we serve an hour of appetizers, an hour and a half of the main meal and then dessert. Most parties last on average 6-10 hours depending on service required.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION FEES
We do have a booking fee which is 15% of the food and the tax in order to secure the date. When you give us the final number 10 days prior to the event we will send you an invoice and the balance is due 7 days prior if using a check or credit card or the day of the event if you want to pay cash before we setup. Unfortunately since we only do a maximum of 2 events per day and we are generally completely booked, we cannot offer any rain dates. Just note that we are prepared to cook rain or shine. In the event of a cancellation prior to the final number being given you will unfortunately forfeit your booking fee.
