This is the third year we are back at Laura’s house in Seaside Park for their annual end of year pig roast. We made the buffalo wings they love along with the pig. Their kids are lifeguards on the beach and this is the end of year celebration for family and the guards.

Monmouth Park BBQ Festival on Labor Day weekend. This is an annual festival we do at a local horse track. We won the award for “best chicken” for the third time and second year in a row.
