Laura and Victor hosted this party in Toms River, NJ. Since it’s right in our backyard, we did not have to travel more than around the block for this event. This was a beautiful location for their daughter’s birthday party. Ideal weather, right on the water was perfect for a this special occasion bbq.

This event was a family gathering at a rental house in LBI, Ship Bottom. They really enjoyed the whole roasted pig. They tried it all, especially the parts like the eyeballs, brains, snout and cheeks as well as the tongue. My kind of people.
This is the 3rd event serving this company and our 2nd time catering the SRI annual employee party. The guests and organizers are great people and DRJ Catering is looking forward to next year!
